No. You can show your ticket on your phone as an image! Keep in mind that the Internet connection is not always stable. We therefore recommend that you download your ticket in advance on your phone and take a screenshot so that you always have your digital ticket quickly to hand.

It is possible to come to Moonstar Music Festival by car. At the festival site we have ample parking. You can order your parking tickets in advance through the website.

Sunscreen may be spreadable (i.e. no spray bottles); and if it is still in new packaging.

It is not possible to take food and drink onto the festival grounds. There will be plenty of food and drink options at Moonstar Music Festival.
Liquids – Due to security reasons, it is also NOT allowed to bring liquids onto the festival grounds (i.e. no deodorant, hairspray, etc.).
Drugs, weapons and other prohibited substances – In short, anything that you can use to hurt or injure yourself or someone else.

We have a large number of caterers at Moonstar Music Festival. However, we cannot guarantee that with caterers everything is allergy free. You may bring your own food provided it is for the benefit of your allergy. Furthermore, you must possess a doctor’s certificate to avoid problems at the gate.

Should you wish to bring your own food, you must notify us in advance by filling out the contact form on the contact page or emailing info@msmf.nl with the type of allergy for which you wish to bring food items.
